Bank of America should change its name to Bank of Antics! I’m really glad I don’t have an account with these guys. They’ve decided to experiment with approximately 1% of their customer base whose use the rewards credit card by charging an annual fee ranging from $29 up to $99 starting in February.
“We’re testing this to see what the feedback is. In terms of any plans going forward, we haven’t made any decisions.” as quoted by a spokeswoman for Bank of America.

Today, I also read that Citi-group may also be charging a fee if you do not meet the annual spending threshold set each year which may be as high as $2,400!
