Ditch your cable or satellite service for Digital Media Devices instead

You’ve probably heard of Google TV, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon on Demand, Pandora, etc.,

If not, don’t worry. You will soon enough. So, about a month ago my roommate (who is also the owner of the home from which I rent) decides to cancel the cable service due to the fact that our service provider randomly hiked up the monthly cost?? I don’t know the full story but that sounds about right. I’ll be honest, I was kinda bummed at first until I realized I rarely watch TV anyhow. Fire away!
In return for canceling the cable, she purchased a Netflix subscription for herself and my other roommate..mmkay..I think I’m liking this plus an antennae for local broadcasting. Long story short. We (well, “she” since i’m on a flat monthly rent) now save a lot of money, get free unlimited streaming movies and some networks will post some of their past shows online. No biggie. I can live without it. So now I have Netflix with local antennae broadcasting and my computer – what more could I ask for?

I put together another website dedicated to Internet-Ready Digital Media Devices if you care to checkout. Digital Media Devices allow you to stream movies and tv shows from your device of choice directly to your tv! There are also HDTV’s that come Internet-Ready as well. Every product on the site was carefully picked based on customer review ratings. If there’s anything I can’t stand it’s a poor quality product. I hope you find it somewhat informative as I’m still continuing to add more information to it.
